Times are based on time spent working on the computer, so for tasks which can be left to run mostly unmonitored you are charged for only a fraction of the time they take. These are tasks like:

• copying (backup &/or restoring) data
• scanning for viruses
• download security patches & software
• hard disk scans

Workshop Rates

• First ½ hour £25
• Each full or partial ½ hour thereafter £20

Collect and Return

For a collect and return service in the areas shown at the end of the Bristol PC home page, there is a £10 collect and return charge.
